The Human Heart
The heart is a vital organ that pumps blood throughout the body. It supplies oxygen and nutrients to tissues and removes waste products like carbon dioxide.
The human heart has four chambers:
1. Right Atrium
2. Right Ventricle
3. Left Atrium
4. Left Ventricle
It beats about 70–80 times per minute in a healthy adult, working as a powerful muscular pump that keeps us alive.
Taking care of the heart with exercise, a balanced diet, and avoiding stress is essential for a healthy life.
